How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need. Tell us about your project and we'll give you a clear, fixed quote before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Most business websites take two to four weeks from our first chat to going live. Online shops and bigger projects take a little longer.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We'll show you how to change text and images, or we can handle updates for you on a care plan.
I already have a domain. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can connect your existing domain, or move it across to us if you'd prefer everything in one place.

What files will I get?
Everything you need for print, web and social: vector files, PNGs with transparent backgrounds, and colour versions for light and dark backgrounds.
How many logo options do I see?
We present a small number of strong directions, then refine your favourite together until it's right.
Can you refresh my existing brand?
Yes. Sometimes a refresh is all a brand needs. We'll tell you honestly whether to tweak it or start again.
What is brand consultancy?

After years designing for bigger brands, FLOOP was set up with one aim: to give small and medium businesses the same quality of design, at a price that works for them.

Terms of the offer
- The offer is available by invitation only and to a limited number of businesses.
- The price covers up to five content pages plus privacy and cookie pages. Extra pages are quoted separately.
- You supply the text, images and logo. Copywriting, photography and logo design are available at extra cost.
- Online shops, booking systems and custom features are not included.
- Domain registration and hosting are not included and are charged separately.
- A 50% deposit is due to start, with the balance due before the site goes live.
- Two rounds of changes are included. Further changes are charged at our standard rate.
- FLOOP may withdraw or change this offer at any time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide our services and keep records of our work together. We never sell your information.

We process your information because you have asked us to (taking steps before a contract), to deliver work we've agreed (contract), or for our legitimate interest in running the business.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Quotes and projects
Every project is confirmed with a written quote setting out the scope, price and timeline. Those project terms take priority over anything on this website.
Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise, we take a 50% deposit to start a project and the balance before launch or final file delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design and brand files we deliver. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We take care with everything we make, but we can't be responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors or plugins. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Cookies
This site uses one small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. They don't identify you personally and you can change your mind at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
